LMV612: LMV612

Part Number: LMV612
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV2387

Hi,

When i use LMV612MMX/NOPB had some questions ,the Schematic  as follows:

I use three Boards test V1,V2 and VOUT:

The one V1:0.188V,V2:0.191V,VOUT:1.083V

The other V1:0.189V,V2:0.186V,VOUT:1.025V

The third V1:0.188V,V2:0.188V,VOUT:1.058V

According to VOUT=(V1-V2)*(R7/R6)+Vbias:

VOUT1=(0.188-0.191)*10+0.987=0.957,Due toVOS,IOS,IB result the deviation is 1.083V-0.957V=0.126v

VOUT2=(0.189-0.186)*10+0.995=1.025V,Due toVOS,IOS,IB result the deviation is 1.025V-1.025V=0v

VOUT3=(0.188-0.188)*10+0.989=0.989,Due toVOS,IOS,IB result the deviation is 1.058V-0.989V=0.069v

VOS(max) = 4mV,the deviation is 4mv*10=40mv,IB=15nA,the deviation is 15nA*100kR=1.5μV

Then i use a  100R 0.1% precision to replace R9,then get:

The one V1:0.182V,V2:0.185V,VOUT:1.014V

The other V1:0.183V,V2:0.180V,VOUT:0.96V

The third V1:0.182V,V2:0.182V,VOUT:0.995V

Can give me some advice to reduce the  deviation of Vout .

Thanks a lot!

Best regards!
