Can you tell me the size and type of the volatile memory in the INA233?

Also, is there any non-volatile memory in the INA233? If so, what is the size and type of the non-volatile memory?

Hello Christopher,

The INA233 does not have any extra volatile or non-volatile memory that the user has access to. The only data that is accessible are the defined registers from the device register map.

Hey Christopher,

You can find the details for each register in section 7.6.1 of the datasheet. These registers are volatile, so settings need to be re-configured after a power cycle. We do not have more specific information about the memory technology in the datasheet.
