Dears:

Customer want to use AMC1311 to sample Peak 100mV, 200KHz square signal, but AMC1311 bandwidth is only 220KHz, Could you please help check if we have right part to meet this requirement ? Thanks .

    Hi Haiwen,

    The AMC1311 may be able to meet your requirements depending on your need. At 200kHz there will be some attenuation. On a square wave there are points on the signal that exceed the bandwidth. You may see ~20% error. Please see the graph below, it shows gain versus input frequency.
