VCA821: Automatic Gain amplifier frequency Response.

Part Number: VCA821
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA820, VCA820, TINA-TI, OPA856

Hello Team,
I am working with Automatic Gain controller on a high BW of 30MHz communication line.

For this application I have choose VCA821 VGA and OPA820 comparator (provided as application example in VCA821 datasheet).

According to my knowledge AGC is meant for maintaining consistency in the output gain even if the input gain varies. To check this in TINA TI I have performed AC analysis by changing the input sine wave voltage (volt) value, I see no difference in the output gain or in the control voltage even after changing input voltage.

Could you please let me know how I would confirm if the AGC is working right. I have attached the .TSC and analysis results for reference.
