can you suggest to me one Operational amplifier that we will use as comparator with a high Frequency signal with low amplitude?

Requirement:

pulse width of signal = more than 300 ns and time period=800usec.

What are the supply and signal voltage ranges?

Why do you want an amplifier instead of a real comparator?

supply Voltage-5V, signal voltage range_0.6V to 4V.
I need a comparator that compare with the Reference DC.

Referance Voltage Range =0.6V to 4V DC

input voltage is pulse type
