This device is not LM101AJAN but LM101AQML.
Footnote (4) of the packaging information table says:
There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device.
This appears to be the lot trace code from a different production run.
Hey Yingjiao,
I can confirm, this is a date code. This is the same device as 2D.
Best,
Jerry
Hi
Do you mean that this physical marking is not the product of the model LM101AJ/883? Is the correct corresponding product LM101AQML?
The LM101AJAN and LM101AQML are different device names. As far as I can see, they have the same electrical characteristics and might use the same die, but they are tested and certified to different military standards.
The LM101AJAN in the CDIP package has the orderable part number JL101ABPA, and is marked JL101ABPA.
The LM101AQML in the CDIP package has the orderable part number LM101AJ/883, and is marked LM101AJ.
Hi
Do you mean that our physical object is inconsistent with the model we gave you
Yingjiao,
You listed two devices in the title. LM101AJAN and LM101AJ/883. These correspond to two different parts
LM101AJAN corresponds to the following part numbers:
LM101AJ/883 is an orderable part for LM101AQML
The marking on the part corresponds to the LM101AQML.

Jerry
Hi
What I have consulted is whether the model LM101AJ/883 is consistent with the real picture I mentioned?
Since there was no corresponding model when I selected the title, I chose it randomly. In fact, what I have asked for is why 5D instead of 2D is displayed on LM101AJ/883marking. In addition, according to your reply, I have been confused. I cannot confirm whether the physical picture I sent is the product of LM101AJ/883?
As shown on ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=LM101AJ, your picture corresponds to the LM101AJ/883.
Hello Yingjiao
Clemens is correct. Your picture is for LM101AJ/883. 5D and 2D is a date code for internal reference, this will be different depending on when the device was manufactured, and does not affect the performance of the part.
Best,
Jerry
