AMC1300: single ended output

Part Number: AMC1300

The AMC1300 has differential outputs.  I need as single ended signal and don't want to add another op amp.  I don't need the full output range or gain.  Can I use only one output (eg. OUTP)?  Essentially, the question boils down to how flat is the common mode output voltage vs input voltage?

A second question: what is the purpose of the typically 10 ohm series resistors on the inputs?  Are they necessary?
