TLV9062: Change over time

Part Number: TLV9062
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV906X

Hi All,

I have a question about TLV9062IDGK.

Please tell me about the changes in offset voltage and bias current over time.
Do you have any documents?

Best Regards,
Ishiwata

  • Hello Ishiwata-san,

This type of long term drift is very hard to predict, and often looks somewhat uncorrelated for Vos over time. In other words, If the distribution looked gaussian at time=0, the distribution will typically grow wider with time. To further complicate matters, this change over time is usually non-linear with most change happening early in the device life.

I have included an article which covers how and why this is: IC long-term stability: The only constant is change

As Marek covers, change is very hard to precisely estimate. I recommend using the +-100% max PDS specified value for change in Vos over ten years of operational life.

I have not seen a detailed IIB vs time plot for TLV906x, but this value can also change over time.

Is there a particular max IIb or Vos you are trying to design into?

    Thanks,

    Jacob
