TLC3702: Potential Damage if Input Applied Before VDD?

Part Number: TLC3702

Hi all,

I am investigating the TLC3702 and an edge case in an application where I may have a 0.6V input be applied to the device before my Vdd rail is enabled. I would like to know if the part would be damaged due to this event, and if so, to what extent (Internal diodes getting blown out, pins getting damaged, etc.)

If it is relevant, the source impedance coming to the TLC3702 is estimated to be about 819 Ohms.

Thank you.
