Where can I find failure modes and FIT rate data for OPA365-Q1?

    The FIT data that is available for this device can be found in Quality, reliability, and packaging data page here. I was not able to find any failure modes data for this device, so there is a good chance this information is not available but please give me some time and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Hi Xuejun,

    I was able to confirm that we do not currently have a functional safety report for the OPA365-Q1, however we do have a document for the OPA2365-Q1 (dual channel of OPA365-Q1) that does show a failure mode analysis. This is not the report for the OPA365-Q1 nor is it meant to include any OPA365-Q1 data, however the failure mode analysis would be very similar for the single channel version. It can be found here.
