TL331B-Q1: TL331QDBVRQ1 & TL331BQDBVRQ1

The B suffix indicates a more modern device with lower power usage, smaller offset error, and higher speed. (There are separate sections in the datasheet.) If you rely on these properties, you cannot go back from the TL331B-Q1 to the TL331-Q1.

Thanks for reaching out. These devices are undergoing PCNs at the moment. As Clemens mentioned, the B versions have some slight improvements in the specs. Please see section 2 of the Application Design Guidelines for LM339, LM393, TL331 Family Comparators Including the New B-versions (Rev. D) to see the differences.
