Reading the Differentially Carried Current Value with the ADC of the DSP

Hi,

LEM Current Sensor (Closed Loop) -> Single Ended to Diff. Amp (+-12V). -> 1.5meter twitsted cable -> DSP Board

In an industrial application, current information is carried to the DSP as above.

Which of the following is the correct choice when reading the voltage coming differentially to the DSP board with the DSP ADC?

1) Diff. to single opamp -> DSP's Single ADC input

2) DSP's Differential ADC input

(Since the voltage level is 12V, this will need to be reduced to a level suitable for the DSP.)
