Please let me now if there is a way to skip the pga inputs to the atd. The ina240 measures the current where the 0 current is at 1.65 volt. after multiply by 3 by the PGA the atd input show something near 4096 because of the analog saturation of the PGA.
Another problem : I can't connected the enoder2 index form J8 because this pin was used by the OT input.
My problem solved by using jumpers that sent the the current samples inputs directly to another ATD channels and remove u6 from the BOOSTXL-3PhGaNInv.
