LM2903-Q1: Please help us to correct TI part number!!!

Part Number: LM2903-Q1

Hi team,

My customer highlight LM2903-Q1 part number issue.

In their factory system, they saw LM2903QPWRRB part number but in TI system, we can't see this part number.

So we need BU to clarify the reason and give customer's explanation.

BTW, in google search, we can see LM2903QPWRRB, ????

    I notice that DigiKey describes the LM2903QPWRRB and LM2903QPWRKN OPNs as "prototype". And no "Q1" means that they do not have AEC-Q100 qualification.

    PCN#20210326001.2 mentions them, but I do not see any discontinuation notice. It's likely that those were customer-specific parts.

    Hello Paul,

    You are correct Clemens, these are a custom part numbers for a certain major customer with the initials 'RB".

    This is not a "catalog" part that would be listed in the standard datasheet for all customers.

    However, because this large customer has many subcons with this device in their AVL, these custom parts are sometimes available from our major distributors to make it easier for them to order.

    Because this is a custom part, I cannot get into the specific details of the device in public (it's complicated...). But suffice to say, it is similar to a  LM2903QPWRQ1 and references the LM2903-Q1 datasheet for specs.
