Can I know for the pin5 (/PD) of OPA835, is it allowed to float this pin if customer does not want to use it?

No; table 6-1 says "pin must be driven" (in uppercase and bold).

Hi Xiaoying,

The pin must be driven as Clemens pointed out. If the customer does not want to deal with this pin, he can set the pin to his Vs+ supply and leave the device always enabled in his design.
