TLV9032: Is an IBIS model available for the output of this comparator or is there a similar device that has an IBIS model?

Part Number: TLV9032

Is an IBIS model available for the output of the TLV9032 comparator? If not, is an IBIS model avaialble for another device that has the same output driver?

    Hi David, 

    Unfortunately we do not support IBIS models for any our devices. We only have PSpice and TINA models available. Sorry we could not provide you with what you were looking for.

    Does the PSice model for the TLV9032 model the actual output drive/impedancce characteristic? I saw this was questioned in another thread.

    Hi David,

    The output is just modeled with a simple resistor. There's a bit too many influences such as timing, current limit, output voltage to accurately model the actual output characteristics to the typ. of the device. You could try editing the the resistance and manually seeing how much it changes but for now its rather an ideal case. We've been looking into how we can improve the models and this was something we've been trying to develop. Hope this helps you somewhat. Thanks again for your use of the forum.
