Hello,

I have two questions about the TLC2274Mx reference:

1- Why a new datasheet SLOS985 (june 2017) for the MIL part of the TLC2274 ? Why the MJ part (and others MIL ref) has been removed from the initial TLC2274 datasheet (SLOS190B version for exemple, from 1997) ? 

2- Is there a problem on the supply current on the datasheet (p6): TLC2274M-MIL Advanced LinCMOS Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier datasheet ? The max supply current @25°C (6mA) is higher than the max supply current in all the [-55°C;+125°C] temperature range (3mA).... For information, on the non-MIL part, the max current is well 3mA @25°C and in all the [-55°C;+125°C]  temperature range TLC227x, TLC227xA: Advanced LinCMOS Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifiers datasheet (Rev. H)

    Hello Sebastien,

    I believe the change that was made was separating the datasheet to only have the mil spec on one datasheet and the commercial grades on a separate datasheet. I believe the MJ and other devices are still present on the datasheet, but they are just listed as J, as this datasheet is now just for MIL spec devices.

    I agree, the 5V supply current does not make sense, and I believe this may have been missed when updating the format of the datasheet. I will confirm if this is an error and will correct this if it is confirmed to be wrong.
