I'm Rama Krishna form Schneider Electric.
Currently we are using MAX4162EUK+ rail-to-rail op-amp from Maxim Integrated, Now we are looking for FFF Alternate.
Can you please suggest an alternate with similar or better specification ASAP.

Application: Sensor Interface board.

The cross-reference tool points to the OPA994, but a power consumption of 1.35 mA is probably not OK for somebody who chose the MAX4162.
Here is a list of low-power, rail-to-rail, 10 V opamps:

(All of them have the same pinout.)
The fastest one, the TLV2381, has a GBW of 160 kHz. You can get lower power consumption with an even slower opamp.

These are the limits from the datasheet, but we want to know the actual characteristics needed in your specific application.
There is no exact replacement for these numbers. The TLV2381 has 160 kHz while consuming 7 µA, while the TLV9101 has 1100 kHz with 120 µA; there is nothing in between.
As per comparison the TLV2381 suits to be the closer option, but the CMRR & PSRR are low than requirement(CMRR:100dB, PSRR: 100dB).
But TLV9101 has high frequency and high current consumption(req: 45uA).
Required single supply vol max: 10V(many applications with in this range eg: 5V, 6.6V, 8.5V, 9V).
Required dual supply vol max: (3.3V required), so overall required 2.5V to 10V.
Please suggest an alternate with specifications as TLV2381, but better CMRR & PSRR ratio.
