INA128: INA128UA/2K5 MSL level

Hello, 

INA128UA/2K5, TI datasheet with MSL=3, however, we have received parts and found the label with MSL=2. Please help confirm if MSL=2 for INA128UA/2K5 is normal, is there any PCN document to address the change?

    Hello,

    Yes the label on the box is correct.  We currently are shipping devices that have both MSL level 2 and MSL level 3 that have a different assembly flow.  The website and datasheet show MSL level 3 because this is the lowest level of MSL qualification, but the box will be the correct indicator of the MSL level.
