Hello! I am looking for a rad-hard high speed buffer that essentially at least matches the specs of the BUF634A. My main concern is that it should have a slew rate of at least 20V/us and be able to drive at least 200 mA through a 50 ohm load. I have searched around for a while but have not had any luck; most that I have found (such as the MSK0002RH) do not even come close in the current department. Any help is greatly appreciated.
