ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=LMV321IDCKR shows that there are four assembly sites. Those that use NiPdAu or NiPdAuAg create MSL 1 devices; of those that use Sn, one creates MSL 2 devices. So you could get either MSL1 or MSL 2 devices; the entry in the table shows the worst case.
I suspect that ti.com/product/LMV321/part-details/LMV321IDCKR shows MSL 1 because at the moment, only devices from the three MSL 1 sites are being sold.
Hello Louis,
In additional to Clemens' comments, there was a PCN that was sent out that mentions the additional flow that qualified an assembly site that will send out MSL-Level 2 material. The Quality / Reliability report will show these multiple flows that Clemens linked that can be referenced. The datasheet will show the highest MSL level possible, which is Level 2 in this case.
For reference, here is the PCN from Mouser's website: https://www.mouser.com/PCN/Texas_Instruments_PCN20191122000_2020011615325625.pdf
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!
Best Regards,
Ashley
