Dear TI Support team,

I am looking for the Spice model and the S-parameters of the TRF1305A2/B2/C2.

Plus, I can't find any info about the availability/cost of the TRF1305 EVAL board.

Could you please let me know if you have this information?

Hi Boghrati,

Thanks for your interest in TRF1305 Amplifier. As we are stocking up the inventory you can expect EVAL boards and S-parameters to be available early April. Spice model will be available in Q3.

I would appreciate if you could share the info of your system and end application.
