THS4021: MPN validation

Part Number: THS4021

we have MPN:THS4021CDGNG4 in our database. But it is recognizable at website. Does its MPN 2format is change or it lifecycle status is obsolete?

    Hello Anil,

    The THS4021CDGNG4 is obsolete.  The THS4021CDGN is available as an 'active' product.  We also have the drop-in replacement p2p compatible OPA892, which is recommended for new designs.

    Please let me know if you have follow-up questions.  The "G4" suffix is an older naming convention and likely referred to reel vs. cut tape or other packaging/shipping information.  The "CDGN" portion of the name describes the operating temperature range and package type.
