INA240: PSRR in datasheet vs simulation

I've noticed that the SPICE model for the INA240A1 does not match the datasheet for PSRR. While the datasheet specifies a PSRR of 10 uV/V max, the model is demonstrating 0.5 V/V. As far as I can tell, I've replicated the conditions from the datasheet. Is the datasheet wrong, or is there an issue with the model?

Hi,

It appears B1 is sweeping together with V1, instead of staying at fixed 3V. Please double check REF1 pin voltage.

B1 is set to a static value (3V).

Hey Stephen,

I’m sorry for this issue.

Would you please try the following:

Making Vcc = 5V and REF1 = GND, REF2 = Vs?

Performing an input Vdiff (shunt voltage) sweep while measuring VOUT?

Would you please also show how you are importing this model with screen shots? I just want to make sure no pins are getting incorrectly associated.

Hey Stephen,

When I perform the same Vs sweep in TINA simulator, I do not get the behavior you see, thus the error must come from either your simulator or more likely from how the model was imported into it.

It appears you are right. When I simulate it in TINA it behaves as expected. Thanks for your help!
