    In the mean time you could use the INA302 spice model which is functionally equivalent.

    Hi Peter

    Thanks for your answer. In the meantime we decided to use in our project the device INA381A2 and now I am simulating with the model avaliable on the web.

    On the datasheet of INA381A2 I found "To clear the alert, the RESET pin must be pulled low for at least 100 ns" but in simulation is necessary a longer low level time to clear the alert.

    Do you confirm me what is written on the datasheet (100ns of RESET low to clear the latch) and eventually, if possible, how the spice model can be modified to be aligned to the datasheet.

    Hey Sal,

    The datasheet will always override any behavior measured with simulation model so I do confirm this specification from the datasheet. I can look into this. Maybe it can be an adjustment made to the LATCH_CONTROL subcircuit in netlist. I would need some more time (around a week) to investigate this.
