Thanks for your post. Just to clarify, FMEA reports are usually for -Q1 devices only. Is this for an automotive customer? It is not common for us to share such reports. They aren't seeking a FIT Rate Report like this TLV7031-Q1 Functional Safety, FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution and Pin FMA which is more common?
