AMC1311-Q1: Issue at 350V HV

    I closed your other post and will just respond here then.

    Originally you mentioned the device was failing at about 300V, and now it is failing at 450V, is that correct? Did the customer change anything between these two trials? 

    It looks like the failure the customer is seeing is that the high side is powering down. I think this is because the high-side power supply is under the recommended operating conditions. This should typically be 5V, but at least 4.5V. Looks like the customer has it at 3.3V. If the power supply is inefficient, the amplifier’s offset error and drift could increase or other unexpected behavior.
