INA118: Platting inquiry

Good morning,

I just wanted to check what is the platting of P/N INA118U or P/N INA118U/2K5.

In the datasheet, it states the following: Call TI | NIPDAU.

If we order one of these P/Ns, are we going to receive always NiPdAu?

I know that for other series it is defined as Sn | NiPdAu, and in these cases we can receive Matte Sn or NiPdAu, but I wanted to check for P/N INA118U / P/N INA118U/2K5.

    Hi Roberto,

    Yes, if Sn is not listed, then this device will currently only ship with NiPdAu.  However, TI many times has different assembly sites that will use different package leadframes, so while the INA118 currently ships with NiPdAu, it may not continue to be the case for the lifetime of the device.
