Hi

I would like to know whether the die used in single, dual and quad  packages is the same or is a different die.  Also are these parts packaged at the same location or at different locations?

    Hi Ali,

    These are all different die, meaning the single is one die with 1 amp, the dual is 1 die with 2 amps, quad is 1 die/4 amps.  Packaging locations can be different for all devices, TI cannot ensure that any device will only be sourced from one assembly site.
