Hi

I would like to know whether the die used in single, dual and quad  packages is the same or is a different die.  Also are these parts packaged at the same location or at different locations?

    Hi Ali,

    Similar to the other post, these are different die, meaning the single is one die with 1 amp, the dual is 1 die with 2 amps.  Packaging locations can be different for all devices, TI cannot ensure that any device will only be sourced from one assembly site.
