I am trying to connect BQ79616EVM-021 with my PC using USB2ANY interface, but always fail.  Could you please send me the USB2ANY firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  asap?

    Have you downloaded the BQAutoEval 1.0.4 and USB2ANY Explorer files?
    Have you updated the firmware on your USB2ANY?
    Have you verified you are connecting the USB2ANY to the BQ79616 correctly? (Key on USB2ANY cabling must be facing up)

    ---No,   I have not the newer version of USB2ANY firmware,   version 3.1.1.14 match with BQAutoEval 1.0.4,   please send me version 3.1.1.14 firmware

    ---I learn about this from TI document   "BQ79616 Graphical User Interface (GUI) User's Guide"   section  1.1.3 Updating USB2ANY Firmware

    I have read and tried many times, just from the instructions to tell me these:  to successfully connect BQ79616EVM-021 with my PC using USB2ANY,  need to update the USB2ANY firmware to version 3.1.1.14,  but where can I get the version 3.1.1.14's firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  ?

    the current firmware version in USB2ANY board is old and lower.

    So,  please help to send me the newer version's firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  asap?   thanks!

    I have sent email to bq7x61x-q1_info@list.ti.com, now I have received and downloaded what I need from mySecure folders,  I have been granted access to the mySecure folders that contain this file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"
