LT1013: TI alternatives to Analog Devices OpAmps

Part Number: LT1013

Analog devices has hlong lead times and late deliveries lately for space-qualty parts. We are evaluating TI alternatives for a NASA mission and want to know if the internal chips of these TI parts are the same as used on the Analog Devices version. This would be used to evaluate radiation sensitivity only; "LT" versions have little or no radiation data but are available to buy, while Analog Devices "RH" versions are relatively rad hard for TID and SEE but are difficult to purchase on a reliable timeline.

  1. Is the LT1013 internal chip the same as RH1013M?
  2. Is the LT6105 internal chip the same as RH6105M?
  3. Is the LT1021 internal chip the same as RH1021M?
  4. Is the LT1498 internal chip the same as RH1498M?
  5. Is the LT1499 internal chip the same as RH1499M?
  • Hi Jamie,

TI does not share any die with Analog Devices.  There are some devices that use foundries for the die manufacturing, but most of TI's die come from TI fabs.  Unfortunately we won't be able to help with this supply issue.

I'll highlight this post to our team that supports space; ideally we are in the process of collecting the necessary data, or we may have some data that is not yet published.  I'll get back to you if there's any other options.

    Regards,
    Mike
