Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA695
HI everyone!
I would be happy if you take a time and answer these questions :
Currently have a testing requirement for an HCSL differential CLK IC. Below are the key parameters:
- Frequency: 100MHz
- Rise/Fall Time: 340ps
- Output High Voltage: 0.7V
- Output Low Voltage: 0V
- Output Differential Voltage: 1.4V
Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a suitable differential to single-ended amplifier while sourcing components.
At present, the only available power supplies on board are +3.3V and -1.2 to -2.5V.
Could you recommend an appropriate IC that would meet these requirements?
The requirement includes Slew Rate > 4000 V/us (1.4v /340ps)
Additionally, I'm currently using a LMH6703C as setup in simulations. Is there a better design approach that you could suggest? Thank you.
