Hi Prahlad,

The drop-in alternate for the TC1039CECH is the TLV3012. A notable difference is that the typical reference for the TLV3012 is 1.242V while the TC1039 is 1.200V. The TLV30xx also has a B-version with improved specs and features (POR, internal hysteresis, fail-safe inputs).
