We encounter some issue when buying component INA241A1IDDFR form TI.com when using API.
We found the error is from the setting of checkout profile, but from my TI account, the setting should be fine. Please refer to below screenshot. Thanks.

I am looking into this and will get back to you. Not only your profile has the question for military but also the questions is asked during your order process. Could that be the issue?

Yes, not only my profile has the question for military but also the questions is asked during the order process. When we can't process order through API, our technical guy check out that the error is from the setting of checkout profile, but from there, we click "No" that should be okay to process order but in fact not. Our technical guy says TI API feedback was "NULL" instead of "No" so that cause this failure.
Hope that we can receive the solution from your side soon as the order is pending to release to TI.

Wing, API support now has this item and is being looked at by the appropriate team.
Wing I am requesting update on this item, have you been able to get past it or not as yet, I will recheck with the developers on the item.
Wing we are not seeing the military issue --we see that your end company name is the issue - the company name in the field value is too long it exceeds 35 char if you shorten your company name remove the. [,[ at the end you name it will be successful,
