Hi Team,

Can you suggest suitable op amp for our requirement.

We have selected DAC39RF10 devices for the generation of pulses.

Amplifier should support the generation of bipolar pulses with adjustable amplitude and width.

Pulse width min : 1ns

Amplitude :+/-7.5V

Rise and fall time : 100ps

Hi Sujatha,

Is the requirement to measure the current pulse? Our current sense amplifiers are not fast enough for the specified condition.

Hi Guang,

Requirement is to measure voltage pulse. We can convert current to voltage.

Can we get voltage sense amplifiers with the specification?

Hello Sujatha,

The recommendations from HSAMPs would be to consider one of the following three devices:

- TLV365 (low cost version of OPA365, no laser trim and volume advantage on 300mm wafer)

- OPA863/A (A-version has improved DC precision)

- OPA607 (decompensated, higher gain stable amplifier)
