LMH6622: about use SPICE model

Part Number: LMH6622

Hello.

I have a question about LMH6622 SPICE model.

SPICE application,

I choose “opamp2” model for LMH6622.

Then I make non-inverting amplifier circuit, use LMH6622.

Put +1V to input, then,

Output level is -4.15V.

I think It’s not correct.

I expect +2V for output level.

Do you have idea to solve this.

Thanks.

  • Hi,

I was able to run a quick simulation on TINA by importing the 6622.MOD file that can be found in the .ZIP file when you download the PSpice model. Could you explain what "opamp2" is referring to? You should be able to import the model to your simulation tool with the file I attached below. Nothing in your circuit that looks incorrect. Could it be maybe the import process might have confused some pins?

  • Hi. Ignacio.

    Tahnk you for your reply.

    I understand about LMH6622.MOD.

    I try this.

    Thanks.
