Hi,

In ISO224EVM evaluation board, the gain of U4 OPA277 is set to only 2.8 whereas the ISO224 gain is 1/3.

Is there any specific reason for setting gain to 2.8 instead of 3?

Hi Kannan,

I don't think there is a specific reason for the gain setting of the OPA277.

What kind of system are you evaluating the use of ISO224 for?

Hi Ahmad,

We are using ISO224 for isolating the analog voltage of 30mV to 1.1V from the existing card in automotive testing system.

Do you have any isolation amplifier with gain of 1 and with offset and gain error similar to ISO224B.

Hi Kannan,

You can take a look at the AMC1311 and/or the AMC3330 if you want integrated power. The input range of the AMC1311 is 2V and the AMC3330 is +-1V, so it would be ideal if you could scale the input voltage range to match the full scale input of the devices.
