This device does not have an ESD Rating. We do not have any data on ESD testing run on these devices.

Hello Jerry,

Is the part susceptible to ESD or not? No ESD rating may mean it is ESD sensitive but the sensitivity has not been determined by test.

Hello Renan,

The device is susceptible to ESD, but it has not been tested. The device was released in 1979, it predates the ESD associations first standards committee, which was formed in 1982
