你好,有没有类似INA351功能的,封装大小 RUG (X2QFN, 10) 1.50 mm × 2.00 mm, 我们比较理想的放大倍数在100倍左右,也就40db, 但INA351只能在30 db或者50db选择,有没有合适的可以推荐

Here is a list of instrumentation amplifiers that allow G = 100 and that have a small package: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/instrumentation/products.html#261011=3;9&773min=0.1;100&773max=100;10000
With those, you cannot get smaller than WSON 3 × 3 mm². (And you need an external resistor to configure the gain.)

Clemens is correct. Unless you want to include a gain stage after the INA351, you will need to use another device to get a Gain of 100.

The Gain is about 40db, G=40, ,which device can adjusting the gain to 40db to meet the request。
G is a plain factor; dB is a logarithmic measure. G=30 is approximately the same as 30 dB, but this is not true for other values:
G=30: 30 dB
G=40: 32 dB
G=50: 34 dB
G=100: 40 dB
Please specify exactly what amplification you want.

If you are looking to have a Gain = 100V/V, then the link that Clemens created shows you all of instrumentation amplifiers that would meet the gain specification.
Among that list of devices, the smallest package that is offered is a 3mm x 3mm, as Clemens mentioned, which is not as small as the RUG. Alternatively you could buy a quad op amp like the OPA4991, TLV9054, TLV9004, etc, and build a discrete solution using a RUC package (2mm x 2mm). However, with the additional space taken from the external resistors make the 3mm x 3mm integrated solution more desirable from a total system size.

How about INA351? It has enough drive strength to directly drive most ADCs. or not?
