LMP7716-Q1: risk over lifetime at high temperatures

Good day, colleagues,

I have a question regarding LMP7716QMME/NOPB,

The max. temperature according to the specifications is 150°C.

Customer is asking to estimate the risk over lifetime by having higher maximum temperatures.

There are 2 cases we should look at:

1. 100h@151°C & 400h@136°C
2. 100h@152°C & 400h@137°C

Can you please give a fit rate for the risk using the part at that higher temperatures over the given number of hours for a lifetime estimation?
