BUF602: Thermal Characteristics (Theta Junction-To-Case)

Hi, I'm trying to locate the thermal resistance from Junction-to-Case for BUF602IDBVT which is a SOT-23 package. I see on the data sheet that it lists Theta JA (150 C/W) and a max operating ambient limit of 85C. Can someone please help with finding a Theta JC value for this component? If one doesn't exist, is there an estimate for a SOT-23 package? Thanks in advance.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	180.1
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	74.7
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	41.1
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	11.7
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	40.7

These results have units of degrees Celsius per Watt.
