Could someone explain why the unit on the y-axis might be incorrect? If it's not incorrect, what does the "mA/V" in parentheses next to the line mean?

Hi Trung,
The units are highlighting transconductance, where transconductance is the measure of output current with respect to the voltage at the input. The units correspond to this transconductance measurement. The scaling is a little confusing when you reference the y axis, but the graph highlights individual values at different IQs.
