TPA3255EVM: TPA3255 IC and heatsink contact issue ?

you can test that pressure and tighten that heat sink.

If this is okay - If my product is having constant 100N of force on chip throughout 3 years of time period ? 

1. Up to what time the chip can sustain the load of 100N ? 

2. For Chip 3 years to work without damage - what is recommended pressure to maintain?

this is hard to say, let me confirm whether our team have done this stress aging test before.

about 100N, the test was done over 30min, and it doesn't have problem.

about this issue, 100N can be suffered through 3years.

but the point is keeping 100N be applied stable and average on the surface of chip.

1.Stable means constant load ? 

and 

2.Average means - distributed load on chip surface ? 

Next question is ? 

3.How is the mounting arrangement on TPA3255 EVM Board - it is the same configuration right ? Constant pressure on IC with interference contact?
