Hi CC,

The TLE2426MDREP is the "Enhanced Product" (-EP) version of the TLE2426. This is the high reliability version of the device with additional qualification, controlled baseline, enhanced DMS support, and the extended temperature range (-55ºC to 125ºC).

TLE2426MD is a commercial version of the device with extended temperature range (-55ºC to 125ºC).
