Hello there,

We bought two kinds of LMC6482 with different form of PIN 1 positioning point，one is groove, another one is printing. We bought them from market, not directly from TI.

When we use them, we found that the groove one function well, but the printing one failed. I'm a procurement engineer，so I don't know the specific problem. 

We hope that you guys  can help us to analysis the problem and solve it.

    Hi Mars,

    There can be counterfeit devices if you did not purchase through a TI-approved vendor.  Who did you purchase the devices from?

    I would add that our devices can have different styles of marking, though.  Just because the marking looks different doesn't mean it is not a TI device.  We would really need to know more details about the failure to give you any further analysis.  How do you know it was a failure?  Was it your electrical test?
