INA310A-Q1: RCM & RDIFF values

Part Number: INA310A-Q1

Tool/software:

What is the Common mode Impedance (RCM) and Differential mode Impedance (RDIFF) values of INA310A-Q1 device?

  • Hi Devendhiran,

We don't spec the input impedance of the INA310A-Q1 since it has a bias network at the input side. I would direct you to the typical characteristics graphs on page 10 of the datasheet, particularly Figures 6-13, 6-15 and 6-17, which detail the input bias current vs common mode voltage or Vsense relationships.

The reason we don't spec the input impedance is because the INA310 has an input bias network stage configuration as shown below, which enables the INA310A-Q1 to run a low input bias current of 20uA with a common-mode voltage range from -4V to 110V.
