TL331: Max Junction temp

T_J is specified in section 6.1 of the datasheet.

Hello Gauri,

As Clemens showed, maximum junction temperature is 150°C.

Do note that this is the maximum temperature that will not cause damage, but the specified operation maximum temperature is 105°C. So the temperature should not exceed 105°C for proper operation.
