    This device does not have any AEC qualifications. (As far as I can see, "Automotive" describes only the temperature range, and it's wrong because the range actually is military.)

    The AEC-qualified variant of the LM393 is the LM2903-Q1.

    Hello Gauri,

    Clemens is correct. The LM2903-Q1 is the AEC-Q100 qualified version of the LM193DR - which is the extended military temp range (-55 to 125C) commercial part.

    Though the LM193 temp range goes down to -55, and the commercial LM2903-Q1 is -40°C, but otherwise identical.
