INA118: OUTPUT Characteristic

Part Number: INA118

Tool/software:

I am using INA118UB. The maxmium output was 2.6V, when the power supply is ±3.2 V. This is consistent with the parameters in the manual.

 These parts maxmium output are 2.6V @ ±3.2 V power.

But when I bought this part recently, I find the maxmium output is 3.1V at ±3.2 V power supply.  Is it right? 

  Both parts' maxmium output is 3.1V @ ±3.2 V power.

By the way, Are these parts INA118UB or INA118U?

    Hello,

    Yes, the device was updated last year.  The new die output voltage range is improved from the old die, it should come within 100-150 mV of the rail.  

    The devices shown above are "UB", the "B" is listed at the top left corner of the image.
